What if I leave my power bank at a machine and my subscription expires?

To retrieve your power bank from a Chaizer machine, you’ll need an active Chaizer+ subscription.
If your subscription is about to expire, you’ll get a notification reminding you to pick up your power bank.
If the subscription expires and the power bank isn’t collected, you’ll need to renew your subscription to retrieve it.

I have a Chaizer+ subscription, but I don’t have my power bank with me. Can I grab another one?

The number of power banks you can check out equals the number of power banks you own and have returned to the network.
If all your power banks are currently in use and not returned,
you can purchase an additional one through the app and pick it up from the nearest machine.

There’s no Chaizer machine near me. How can I swap my power bank?

Through the app, you can suggest a new location for a Chaizer machine, our team will review the request and aim to install one nearby.
If the location doesn’t meet our criteria or installation isn’t possible, you can reach out to our customer support team for assistance,
including a potential subscription refund.

I returned my power bank, but it’s not showing in the app as returned. What should I do?

Make sure the power bank you returned is the one registered under your account.
If you accidentally returned a power bank linked to a different account, like one used by family, friends, or colleagues, the return might not reflect.
Occasionally, the machine might take a few minutes to update its system, if it takes longer, don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team for help.

How can I find the nearest Chaizer machine?

Use the Chaizer app to locate the nearest machine, it automatically shows the closest machine on the home screen.
You can also browse the full map of Chaizer locations to find machines near your current location or anywhere across the Kingdom.
On the map, active machines appear in green, while out-of-service locations are displayed in gray.
