Exchange and Return Policy

Our priority is to satisfy our customers and provide them with the best experience.
Therefore, all products purchased from the website can be returned or exchanged based on the following conditions:‎

  • If the purchased product does not match the specifications displayed on the Chaizer website.
  • If the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product to be returned must not have been used, must be in its original manufacturing condition with all accessories, inside its original packaging, and must not have been opened at all.
  • If you receive a wrong or incorrect product compared to the specifications displayed on the Chaizer website, you are not entitled to open or use it. You must keep it intact. If it has been opened or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse its return or exchange for the correct product you ordered.
  • If the products requested for return are used, or damaged, or their packaging has been opened, we reserve the right to refuse their return or exchange.
  • The refund process by Chaizer takes 3 to 7 business days from the date the product reaches our warehouse.
  • The refund process by the bank takes 3 to 14 business days from the date Chaizer refunds the amount to the credit card.
  • The refund process begins once the returned products are confirmed to have arrived at Chaizer’s warehouse.
  • The initial shipping fees paid for the order will not be refunded.
  • A product can be exchanged within 10 days from the order date.
  • A product can be returned within 7 days from the order date.
  • If a customer wishes to return a product without a specific reason, they will bear the return shipping costs.
  • If a customer requests to cancel their order before receiving it, they will bear the shipping costs if the shipping company representative has already picked up the order from our warehouse.
